Venezuela is well known- in the rum community- for producing award-winning rum worldwide. When we opened the restaurant, we chose to feature rum so that we could share Venezuelan rum with our customers. Naturally, we chose the mojito to be our featured cocktail, handcrafting a unique recipe and building a portfolio of tasty mojito flavors.
